How Your Subscription Works

Monthly Delivery Schedule

  • Your subscription products will be automatically shipped on the same date each month
  • Orders are processed 2-3 business days before your scheduled delivery date
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information

Billing

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on your subscription date
  • You'll receive an email receipt for each monthly charge
  • Subscription pricing includes a 10% discount off the listed regular retail prices

Managing Your Subscription

Customer Portal Access

  • Log into your account at drmakssuperfoods.com to manage your subscription
  • Update your delivery address, payment method, or product preferences anytime
  • View your subscription history and upcoming deliveries

Modifications

  • Skip a Month: Skip any upcoming delivery up to 48 hours before processing
  • Pause Subscription: Pause for up to 3 months and resume when ready
  • Change Products: Modify your monthly selection anytime before the next processing date

Cancellation Policy

Easy Cancellation

  • Cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal
  • Cancel by email at mak@drmakssuperfoods.com or phone at 504-939-2295
  • Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next processing date
  • No cancellation fees or penalties

Final Shipment

  • After cancellation, you'll receive any orders already processed
  • No charges will occur after your cancellation date

  • Currently shipping within the continental United States
  • Free shipping on all subscription orders over $60

Delivery Issues

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or missing items
  • We'll replace or refund any products that arrive damaged
  • Address changes must be made at least 48 hours before processing
