Flavor Profile: Cinnamon and oatmeal were already a classic, and I set out to make it worthy of its place as a flavor. What elevates this classic is the intentional mix of two types of sugars- adding a creamy richness from maple syrup and the caramel notes of brown sugar from the coconut sugar. And the pinch of cardamom adds a sophisticated finish to the flavor.

How do I prepare hot oatmeal or overnight oats?

Overnight Instructions:

  1. Pour contents into a jar with 3/4 cup of preferred milk.
  2. Shake vigorously. Let rest for 5 minutes & shake vigorously again.
  3. Refrigerate for 4+ hours.
  4. Shake/stir before eating.

Hot Oatmeal:

  1. Add 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Wait 5 minutes. Stir before eating.
